Our Founder

Craig Sinclair

Craig has spent over 30 years in the textile industry, building his expertise with some of the most respected and successful wholesalers in the market. But he knew he could do things differently - more personally, more efficiently, and with a stronger focus on quality and service.

In 2009, he brought that experience together to establish Texstar Textiles - creating a business grounded in strong mill partnerships, sharp market insight, and a genuine understanding of what clients need.

In the early days, it was a hands-on, homegrown operation - fabric rolls arriving at their doorstep, with Craig and his partner personally unpacking and quality-checking every metre from their living room. What began as a modest, at-home venture quickly grew into a respected name in the industry, built on trust, word of mouth, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
